• Established, repeat customer relationships
• A capable field and supervisory team

• An owner seeking succession, retirement or a planned step back

Transaction flexibility

• Full share purchase
• A transition period with the owner, sized to the business
• Vendor participation, such as a vendor note or retained interest, where it aligns interests
• Financing arranged deal by deal with senior lenders
