BD Capital is led by an Alberta-based operator with nearly three decades in industrial construction and maintenance services. We are not a fund with an exit clock. We look for good companies to own and grow carefully.
What we look for
- Industrial services
- Operations in Alberta or Western Canada
- EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of roughly $1 million to $10 million
- Established customers and a reputation for safe, reliable work
- An owner thinking about succession or retirement
